Channel Six News Van w/April, Irma and Vernon

Picture
The Channel Six News Van is, for its time (late '80's-early '90's) a perfectly functional mode of transportation for the news team of the same name located in New York City.  This team frequently runs into the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, and April O'Neil, their star reporter, is the Turtles' friend.

She's been in a few scrapes alongside the Turtles and is sometimes successful in defending herself, and even them when needed.  Irma is, in turn, her friend, and a secretary at Channel Six. Vernon is a camera man who wants to steal April's job, and who dislikes the Turtles.  He is an egotistical coward.  In this tournament thus far, they have defeated Mario Segali, Mario (Mario Bros.), Che Guevara and Catchay, and lost to Wonder Woman (post-crisis).

Nocturne

Picture
Talia Josephine "T.J." Wagner is a mutant called Nocturne.  She has a retractable, prehensile tail and superhuman agility, balance, coordination and flexibility.  She can also possess people and fire energy bolts, and stick to walls in a way similar to Spider-Man.  She has only three fingers on each hand.  Nocturne has been a member of both the Exiles and New Excalibur.  As the daughter of Nightcrawler, she grew up around the X-Men.  Her mother is the Scarlet Witch, but she did not have much interaction with her, as she was an Avenger.  At seventeen, Nocturne became an active member of the X-Men.  She has defeated Chomp, Dreadknight, Sonam-Ha'ar and Yibb-Tstll, and lost to The Klingon Empire (2370, pre-Blood Oath).
